Five days in and we're already adding to the lineup. Say hello to Sudoku.
We wanted something you can sink into during a coffee break, the kind of game where five minutes fly by and you come back feeling a little more centered. Sudoku is exactly that.
How it works
Same deal as the other games, in two parts:
- The daily: one puzzle per day, the same for everyone. You get three mistakes before it's game over. Your time is tracked, and the result counts toward your stats and streak.
- Free play: unlimited puzzles, no pressure, no stakes. Good for unwinding, or for warming up before the daily.
The puzzles are hard difficulty. They'll make you think, but that's the point. There's something deeply satisfying about working through a tricky grid and filling in that last cell.
Why Sudoku
It's the ultimate "just five more minutes" game. No fast reflexes needed, no trivia knowledge required. Just you, a grid and a quiet moment. Whether it's your morning routine, a lunch break, or winding down before bed, it fits right in.
Plus, people kept asking for it. So here it is.
What's the count now
That's five games on Tapbreak: Wordle Unlimited, Klondike, Tic-Tac-Toe, Chess Puzzles, and now Sudoku. More are coming. We're just getting started.
Go fill some grids.
